Returns

Premiershirts will give you a no questions asked 100% refund of the price of the item bought on its return to us in the condition it was sent out. This includes if the item does not fit. If we deem it a mistake by us we will refund your postage as well. back to top

It is New?

Unless the description of the Shirt specifically says it is New all the items on these pages are pre-owned. back to top

Where is the price?

all prices are just above the items picture and are prefaced with GBP - Great British Pounds. back to top

Why do you use GBP?

We have found that as we sell Shirts worldwide many non-english character sets do not recognise different currency symbols so we use GBP for Great British Pounds EUR for Euro USD for US Dollars CaN for Canadian Dollars. back to top

Why do your exchange rates differ from the live rates?

The rates quoted by sites such as www.xe.com are rates for inter-bank transfers of currency for amounts over a million pounds. We at Premiershirts have to exchange our currency at rates given by Paypal or at a local bank at tourist rates. as both of these rates have charges to be added on top we set a exchange rate that will cover about half of the cost of the charges. back to top

How often do you review your exchange Rates?

We review rates on the 1st of every month. back to top

Why is there a additional fee to pay in GBP by Paypal?

Paypal can be a rather expensive method of taking payments. as we mention above we include fees in the exchange rates. With GBP we have to include fees in a 4% addition to the price. This again covers about half of the additional charges. back to top

Why do you use Paypal?

We have no credit facilities so we are unable to take Credit Card payments directly. back to top

How can I pay you?

How do you work out your postage rates?

Experience over the last couple of years has led us to a standard fee for Post and Packaging of GBP 3 for the first Shirt and GBP 1.50 for each additional Shirt for UK delivered by First Class Recorded Delivery and GBP 6 plus GBP 3 for each additional Shirt for worldwide delivery. back to top

What do we get for our P&P?

all packages are sent in protective envelopes (for smaller deliveries) or Post Office Post Packs for larger deliveries. all packages are strengthened along edges. back to top

What service do you use?

For UK deliveries we send all items buy regular First Class delivery but we obtain a proof of posting card for each item we send out. This gives the same protection as recorded delivery - Compensation up to a maximum of GBP 27. If you require more insurance or fast/guaranteed delivery we will send by Special Delivery for a additional fee of GBP 2.50. back to top

For Overseas deliveries all items are sent by International Signed-for service - this is recorded airmail. For parcels of customs value over GBP 30 we automatically upgrade the insurance (for no additional fee). Standard airmail is available on request but on the understanding that should your parcel go missing or be damaged there is little that we can do. Delivery windows are Europe 3-4 working days ROW 5-10 working days. Guaranteed delivery services are available on application. back to top

Can we have a discount?

Yes - Gross orders over GBP 150 receive a 10% discount - orders over GBP 300 receive a 15% reduction and orders over GBP 800 receive a 20% reduction. back to top
